My Mission
My mission is to teach you (and my future kids) everything I know about money, finance, investing, real estate, and life to make you happier, richer, and more fulfilled.
My Strategy
I intend to achieve my mission by documenting my knowledge in thorough but easy to understand posts to help educate you on specific topics related to money, finance, investing, real estate, and life. I will also accompany these posts with reference material in this Google Sheet and videos on my WCD YouTube Channel to help explain the topic in more detail.
My Motivation
My father was hit and killed by a car during one of his Sunday afternoon bike rides when I was 29 years old. This is by far the most painful experience I have ever been through in my life. I am thankful that I had 29 quality years with my father and he was able to teach me valuable life lessons which helped me become a multi-millionaire by the age of 30.
When I reflect on the passing of my father, it makes me feel incredibly blessed to have had a “White Collar Dad” who helped teach me the secrets to living a prosperous and fulfilling life. It also makes me deeply sympathetic to those who grew up without a father figure or financial mentor in their life.
One of the largest travesties in the public education system is the lack of financial information that is taught. I would like to be optimistic that this will change eventually, but I don’t see this happening in the foreseeable future.
My motivation is to provide the financial and life education which schools do not teach and are only obtained from a “White Collar Dad” or other financial mentor.
My motivation is to document my knowledge and life-lessons for my future kids in case anything tragic were to happen to me when they are still young.
In loving memory of my “White Collar Dad” - RIP.
Reference Material & Social Media
In Lesson 030 I cover how to navigate and utilize the Google Sheet I have built for all WCD lessons. This Google Sheet contains a worksheet for each WCD lesson. Each sheet has all of the Excel calculations, tables, graphs, and charts that I have posted in the respective WCD lesson. Additionally, the Google Sheet has a master “Index” worksheet that has links to all of the content associated with each lesson.
